Shipping Policy

All orders over $200 within the United States qualify for free Economy Shipping (5-8 business days). All orders will be processed and shipped via UPS or USPS within 3 business days of placing your order. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.

Damages and Issues

Each product is inspected and shipped by our Customer Support Team. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. We will do what we can to ensure that your product(s) arrive on time and in excellent condition. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we may evaluate it and make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Customers may return or exchange eligible items within 14 calendar days of when your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Free from stains, makeup, or other signs of wear
  • In its original packaging
  • Include receipt or proof or purchase

To process a return, please use this online form. Once your request has been received, our Customer Support Team will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if your refund was approved. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded your purchase amount (minus the cost of shipping) to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we have approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@adornheadwear.com. 

We will not accept any returns or exchanges if:

  • Items have been sent back to us without first requesting a return through our online form
  • It's been longer than 14 days since your order has been delivered
  • Items have obvious signs of use
  • Items were purchased as final sale
